4. Quantity:

7. Payment terms:
T/T once seller presents all the shipping documents + inspection reports for quality and quantity to the bank, after loading within 7 banking days. One (1) Month SBLC/BG ( for 90 Days) and monthly renewable The payment is carried out via (T/T) after goods arrived destination port. So, the payment is not by BG/ SBLC, they are just a guarantee for seller. (Seller must check the BG format first).
8. Performance bond: 2% of monthly shipment, but there is no PB In case of fob FOB terms.
9. Packing: Bulk by ship.
10.Inspection: Seller will provide certificated of SGS before shipment to buyer.
11. Delivery schedule:
Within 30~ 45 days after the receipt of the operative payment instrument ( BG/ SBLC) ,
All documents will be provide such us license for export, AQSIQ, Inspection reports Certificates for Quality and Quantity.
PROCEDURE:
- 1. Seller (mandate) presents soft offer (this document).
- 2. Buyer presents to seller LOI with SOFT PROBE + BCL.
- 3. Seller issues the draft contract.
- 4. Contract signed by buyer & seller.
- 5. Buyer Issue Non Operative BG/ SBLC for seller bank.
- 6. Seller issued POP via documents, if buyer wants POP via bank they will have to issue POF via bank first.
- 7. Seller posts the 2 % Performance Bond.
- 8. Shipments are made according to the schedule outlined in the contract.
NOTES:
- 1. BCL is mandatory, No BCL no deal.
- 2. Seller does not accept an Instrument transferred to one party and to be transferred to the Seller which makes Seller second beneficiary. We only accepted and Instrument where the Seller would be the first and last beneficiary.
- 3. LOI / ICPO must be issue to ATI / DDC.
- 4. Seller does not accept DLC, RDCL, FFRDLC.
